Exhibition of Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027

Hawkesbury City Council is inviting community members to view and comment on Council’s Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027 and Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2026-2036, which are on public exhibition until Tuesday 12 May 2026.

The Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027 has been developed to outline the proposed actions and projects for the second year of the Delivery Program 2025-2029. It also includes information about rates, fees and charges and estimated income and expenditure. The Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027 contains information about Council's Special Rate Variation (SRV) application, which is yet to be determined by IPART, including the renewal projects that would be funded through the SRV.

Council’s Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2026-2036 supports the Delivery Program and Operational Plan, demonstrating how Council will resource and fund its future activities. This document has been updated to incorporate Council’s future resourcing opportunities and challenges and align with Council’s priorities for 2026-2029. The document is also being exhibited.

• Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor, Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm and Sunday 2pm to 5pm
