Members of the community are invited to provide comment on the draft Plan of Management and Landscape Masterplan for Woodbury Reserve, Glossodia. The plans have been developed in consultation with the community and will guide how the park may be used, managed and improved in the future.

You can have your say by any of the following methods:

The last day for the receipt of submissions is Friday, 8 September 2021.

Development of these plans does not represent a formal commitment to funding. These plans will be guiding documents; their main purpose is to ensure that any future works within the park will be consistent with the overall vision for the park. It is not anticipated that full development of the park will be completed in the short to medium term.

    A Public Hearing will be held to formally re-categorise the community land comprising Woodbury Reserve, Glossodia to: Sportsground; Park; Natural Area Watercourse; Natural Area Bushland; and General Community Use.

    Date: Monday 12 July 2021

    Time: 6.00pm – 7.00pm

    Venue: Glossodia Community Centre located at 162 Golden Valley Way, Glossodia.

    A community drop-in event – Woodbury Reserve Plan of Management and Masterplan – will be held on Monday, 17 August 2020 at the Glossodia Community Centre to give community members the opportunity to discuss possible design solutions and/or outcomes for the reserve and to indicate preferences and priorities.

    How would you like to use Woodbury Reserve in Glossodia?

    Hawkesbury City Council is updating the Plan of Management and Masterplan for Woodbury Reserve to facilitate greater community use and enjoyment of the reserve. The plans will reflect the current and future recreational needs of the community and identify future recreation opportunities to be provided at the reserve.

      The last day for comment and submissions will be Sunday, 26 July 2020.

      Please note: Confidentiality is not available to respondents. The details of any submissions may be included in a Council report. Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council’s Access to Information policy.

      Any comments about this proposal may contain information that is personal information, such as information that identifies you, etc. for the purposes of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988.
