Consultation has concluded

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a Licence Agreement in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Warks Hill Radio Tower, Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights

Benefiting Authority: WICEN (NSW) Inc

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 9 June 2019. Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor, emailed to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au, or via the online submission form below.
