Proposed Amendments to Redbank Voluntary Planning Agreement

Council at its Ordinary Meeting on 19 July 2022 resolved to place on exhibition proposed amendments to the Redbank Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA).

The proposed amendments to the VPA relate to the construction of the Grose River Bridge linking Grose River Road through to Springwood Road, including a new river crossing of the Grose River as shown on the plan which can be viewed under the Documents Tab.

The proposed changes relate to the new proposed location of the Grose River Bridge, and timing for the delivery of the Grose River Bridge in 2025.The VPA is on public exhibition from

If you wish to make a submission you can do so under the Survey Tab at the bottom of the page. Council will also receive submissions in writing, addressed to the General Manager, by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756, or by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au up to close of business on Monday, 29 August 2022.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in a Council meeting business paper. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary, however, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
