Hawkesbury Section 7.12 Contributions Plan Work Schedule Review – Exhibition Notice
Hawkesbury City Councils collects infrastructure contributions through the Hawkesbury Section 7.12 Contribution Plan to fund the provision and upgrade of local infrastructure such as parks, playgrounds, footpaths and amenity buildings.
The Hawkesbury Section 7.12 Contributions Plan Work Schedule Review updates Council’s planned expenditure of revenue collected under the Plan to align with Councils Asset Management Program.
The Hawkesbury Section 7.12 Contributions Plan Work Schedule Review will be available for view and comment by:
Visiting Council’s Administration Building between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday 27 January to Wednesday 25 February 2026.

The information will be stored in Council's electronic records system and paper files. For your protection, Council recommends that you do not include defamatory comments in your submission.
Under Section 10.4(5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, any person who makes a submission to Council is required to disclose any political donation or gift. Where relevant a Political Donation and Gift Disclosure Statement is to accompany any submission lodged with Council. This statement can be obtained from Council’s Customer Service Unit or on Council’s website.
