Consultation has concluded

Hawkesbury City Council is in the process of preparing a Plan of Management for all community land (including Peel Park) within the North Richmond Release Area. The Plan will guide future management, and will identify important features of the land as well as include management objectives and actions.

As part of the development of the plan, it is necessary to formally categorise all community land according to Section 36 of the Local Government Act (1993). The significance of categorisation is that the land must be managed in accordance with the core objectives for the relevant category.

The plan in Attachment A in the document library on this site shows the land to which the Plan of Management will apply and the draft categories for the land. Attachment B in the document library on this site includes the core management objectives for each of the proposed land categories.

  • Time: 7 – 8pm

  • Date: Wednesday, 23 November, 2016
