Proposed Licence Agreement Part of Woodlands Park to Hawkesbury Woodcraft Cooperative

Council resolved at its meeting of 8 April 2025 to publicly exhibit the proposed Heads of Agreement and Licence with Hawkesbury Woodcraft Cooperative Limited for Part of Woodlands Park, 245 Sackville Road, Wilberforce.

In accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a Heads of Agreement and Licence Agreement in respect to Part of Woodlands Park, 245 Sackville Road, Wilberforce, as follows:

Property: Part of Woodlands Park, 245 Sackville Road, Wilberforce (shown in the plan below)
Licence Term: Five years with an option for a further five years (in favour of the Licensee)
Permitted Use: Community Shed
Licensee: Hawkesbury Woodcraft Cooperative Limited
