The Planning Proposal for Kemsley Park lodged by GLN Planning Pty Ltd on behalf of Redbank Communities, seeks to amend the Hawkesbury Local Planning Environmental Plan 2012 to achieve up to 350 new dwellings.

The planning proposal seeks to achieve the proposed dwellings by rezoning the subject RU4 Primary Production Small Lots site to R2 Low Density Residential and R5 Large Lot Residential and also create a RE1 Public Recreation space and drainage infrastructure.

The planning proposal will also amend the Minimum Lot Size provisions to a reduced lot size of 375m2 and amend the Additional Permitted use map to allow dual occupancy provisions and include the subject site within the Urban Release Area Map.
