Notice of proposed Road Reserve Lease - road reserve adjoining Lot 105 in Deposited Plan 1042797, being 501-509 Bells Line of Road, Kurmond
Notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council in accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act, 1993, Council's Community Engagement Policy and by Council resolution dated 10 March 2026 is seeking public comment regarding the proposed road reserve lease for the road reserve adjoining Lot 105 in Deposited Plan 1042797, being 501-509 Bells Line of Road, Kurmond.
In accordance Section 154 of the Roads Act, 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a Road Reserve Lease as follows:
Premises: Road Reserve adjoining 501-509 Bells Line of Road, Kurmond
Term of Lease: Five Years
Permitted use: Access and egress to Lot 105 in Deposited Plan 1042797, being 501-509 Bells Line of Road, Kurmond
Lessee: Jasbe Kurmond Pty Ltd as Trustee for BP Kurmond Unit Trust

Written submissions relating to this proposal are invited and will be received by Council until 5pm Friday, 17 April 2026. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager and can be mailed to PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2756, or emailed to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au or online at Your Hawkesbury Your Say up to close of business.
