Grose River Bridge Project – Part 5 Application on Public Exhibition.

What’s changing?

The updates mainly involve small adjustments to the project boundary to allow for additional temporary construction areas.

On behalf of Hawkesbury City Council, Redbank Communities is progressing the extension of Grose River Road between Ashtons Road (Grose Wold) and Springwood Road (Yarramundi). The project also includes minor road works, shoulder repairs, and pavement resurfacing on Grose River Road north of Ashtons Road.

A new six-span concrete bridge will be built over the Grose River, featuring concrete girders, a reinforced concrete deck, and an asphalt road surface.

Following further design work, construction planning, and consultation with landowners, some minor updates to the project boundary are proposed.

You can view more details in the PT5000126 – Grose River Bridge – Review of Environmental Factors Addendum in the documents section on this page.

Council invites the community to review the application and supporting documents and provide feedback.
