Consultation has concluded

Council has developed a Draft Policy for Managing Conflict of Interest for Council Related Development, that was reported to Council at its Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday, 11 July 2023. The Draft Policy has been prepared in response to legislative requirements that require all Councils to adopt a policy that specifies how it manages conflicts of interest in connection with Council related Development Applications.

The Draft Policy is currently on public exhibition until the close of business Wednesday, 13 September 2023 and can be viewed under the Documents Tab on this page, or in person at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George

The Draft Policy is currently on public exhibition until the close of business Wednesday, 13 September 2023 and can be viewed under the Documents Tab on this page, or in person at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm during the exhibition period.

To make a submission click the Survey Tab below or Council will receive submissions in writing addressed to the General Manager by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756, or email council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au up to close of business on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.

All submissions will be considered and may be included in a Council meeting business paper. Your submission, and any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary, however, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
