Exhibition of Proposed Road Closure - Irrigator Drive, North Richmond
Council resolved at its meeting on 21 November 2023 to publicly exhibit the proposed road closure of part of Irrigator Drive, North Richmond. Once closed the land will be transferred to the adjoining owner in exchange for the relocated road reserve.
Council will receive submissions regarding the Proposal. All submissions received will be considered in reaching a decision regarding the proposed road closing.

Under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council will consider the closing of a road in connection with an application proposed by Council.
The road under consideration comprises the Council public road known as Part of Irrigator Drive, North Richmond (shown on the map below). Upon closure Council will give land in compensation for road opening.
All submissions received will be considered in reaching a decision regarding the proposed road closing.
