Notice of Public Hearing – Planning Proposal LEP002/23 Reclassification of Land - 1905 and 1913 Bells Line of Road, Kurrajong Heights
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Council is holding a public hearing into the proposed reclassification of 1905 and 1913 Bells Line of Road, Kurrajong Heights (Lots 2 & 3 DP 582878).
The public hearing will be held online on Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 6pm.
It will be chaired by a person who is independent of Council and provides the public with an opportunity to make a short verbal submission to the chairperson of the hearing. Written submissions will also be accepted. Individual presentations should be no longer than five minutes each.
Following the public hearing, the chairperson will prepare a report on the hearing, a copy of which will be made publicly available.
Interested persons will need to register with Council by close of business on Friday 26th April 2024 to:
- Virtually attend or listen to the hearing
- Make a submission at the hearing
