Project Update on Phase 1 Work

Tree removal is complete, and demolition and bulk earthworks are well underway. Excavation for underground service conduits has also commenced.

Council is currently finalising the sewer pipeline design to meet Sydney Water's compliance requirements.

Revised Timeline

Phase 1 completion has been revised to January 2027, updated from our earlier estimate of September/October 2026. This adjustment is due to additional environmental and tree management approvals required for works within the Reserve.
