Construction Commencement Update

Construction on the Woodbury Reserve upgrade will begin in late January 2026, with works delivered in two phases and expected to be completed by June 2027, weather permitting.

Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the start of works. For safety reasons, the area under construction in each phase will be temporarily closed, while all other parts of the reserve will remain open to the community.

Phase One will focus on the western side of the reserve near the skate park. Phase Two will then begin on the eastern side near the sports field, and this area will also be closed while upgrades are completed.

Council and the contractor will work to minimise disruption and keep the community informed as the project progresses.
