Directional Signage - Windsor

Directional signage will be installed along George Street as part of Council's Wayfinding and Signage Project. Works are scheduled to commence Monday, 24 August 2026.

Work will take place at various locations from Thompson Square through to Windsor Train Station, and is expected to continue over the next month, weather permitting. Minimal disruption is expected for pedestrians throughout.

This project will introduce a cohesive signage suite to help residents and visitors navigate the Hawkesbury with ease, highlighting the important places, histories, and stories throughout our region.

Around the same time, and separate to this project, you may also notice contractors repairing or replacing Telstra pit lids and surrounding pavement in the area.
