Warks Hill Radio Tower - Licence Agreement
LICENCE – PART 142 WARKS HILL ROAD, KURRAJONG HEIGHTS
At its meeting on 14 October 2025, Council resolved to publicly exhibit the proposed Licence Agreement with Hawkesbury Nepean Radio Broadcasting Association Incorporated for part of 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights (Part of Warks Hill Communication Tower) as outlined in the report, in accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
Council proposes to grant a Licence Agreement in respect to Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights, as follows:
Property: Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights (Part of Warks Hill Communication Tower)
Licence Term: 5 years
Permitted Use: Community Radio Transmitter
Licensee: Hawkesbury Nepean Radio Broadcasting Association Incorporated
