Council Meeting 16/06/2026

Following the Council meeting held on 16 June 2026, Councillors resolved to support the recommendation of the 2026/2027 Operational Plan, which includes removing Council’s previously allocated $3.76 million contribution and reallocating these funds to other infrastructure priorities.

Council is currently liaising with the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) team to discuss the implications of this decision and to understand potential options for the project moving forward.
