Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements for the Year Ended 30 June 2023

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Hawkesbury City Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 21 November 2023 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June, 2023.

To make a submission in writing, address to the General Manager Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, WINDSOR NSW 2756, or via email council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au up until close of business on Tuesday 28 November 2023.

Your Submission: Confidentiality is not available to respondents. The details of any submissions may be included in a Council report where it may help to resolve issues raised in the submission. Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council’s Access to Information Policy.

The inclusion of personal information with your submission is voluntary. However, if not provided Council will not be able to contact you about the proposal. The information will be stored in Council's electronic records system and paper files. For your protection, Council recommends that you do not include defamatory comments in your submission.
