Notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council, in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 and by Council resolution dated 14 April 2026, proposes to grant a lease in respect to part of 91A - 95 Church Street, South Windsor, being part of Lot 7303 in Deposited Plan 1141100, Lot 14 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096, Lot 15 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096, Lot 12 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096 and Lot 13 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096.

Premises: Part of 93 - 95 Church Street, Windsor Lot 7303 in Deposited Plan 1141100, Lot 14 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096, Lot 15 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096, Lot 12 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096 and Lot 13 in Section Z in Deposited Plan 759096

Lease Term: Ten years with a five-year option

Permitted Use: Childcare Centre

Lessee: Windsor Pre-School Association Incorporated (Incorporated Number Y0279129)

Written submissions relating to this proposal are invited and will be received by Council until 5pm Friday, 22 May 2026. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager and can be mailed to PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2756, or emailed to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au or online at Your Hawkesbury Your Say up to close of business.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Information contained in submission may, at the discretion of Hawkesbury City Council, be referred to the person (s) who initiated the proposal for appropriate consideration.
