Stage 2 - North Richmond Community Precinct

Council is now inviting the community to provide feedback on Stage 2 of the North Richmond Community Precinct, which includes the community centre, playground, and proposed library and Council Customer Service Counter.

The proposed design includes:

Stage 2A – Community Centre and Creative Spaces
 A new and expanded Community Centre featuring a welcoming reception area, three multi-purpose halls, kitchen facilities, a creative residency space, improved landscaping and expanded car parking.

Stage 2B – Library and Council Customer Service Counter
A proposed new North Richmond Library and Council Customer Service Counter to support the growing community west of the river. This stage will be designed and approved to ensure it is shovel-ready should future funding become available.

Stage 2C – Playground Redevelopment
The revitalisation of the Elizabeth Street Playground, delivering a modern, inclusive play space for children and families.

Please note that the scope variation for the North Richmond Community Precinct - Stage 2 grant is currently pending approval from the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) program.
