LICENCE - COMMUNITY LAND

OASIS AQUATIC AND LEISURE CENTRE, CORNER OF CHURCH AND DRUMMOND STREETS, SOUTH WINDSOR

The Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre is located on Crown Land which comprises a Reserve under the Crown Land Management Act 2016. Hawkesbury City Council is the Manager of the Reserve Trust known as “Church Street Reserve (R.86800) Reserve Trust.

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a management agreement, which includes a licence of the land, in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Part of Church Street Reserve (R.86800), Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre, corner of Church and Drummond Street, South Windsor

Licence Term: 10 Years

Permitted Use: Management and operation of Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Licensee: Unknown at this stage. Currently, out to tender for the services required.

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on Thursday, 20 February 2020. Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
