Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing – Reclassification of Land - 9 Industry Road, Vineyard, 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard, and Part 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town

A Public Hearing will be held to provide opportunity for the community’s views to be heard about a proposal to reclassify land at 9 Industry Road, Vineyard, 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard, and part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town from ‘Community’ land to ‘Operational’ land.

The Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on Thursday 5 August 2021 at 6pm.

The hearing will be chaired by an independent person from Parkland Planners.

Due to the current NSW public health order with respect to COVID-19, the hearing will be held online using the Zoom platform.

Interested persons will need to register with Council by close of business on Friday 30 July 2021 to:

  • Virtually attend or listen to the hearing
  • Make a submission at the hearing
