Community Hubs Update

The Community Hubs support your community with connection to each other and to a wide range of services, including, emergency assistance ,mental health support, wellbeing programs, improved digital literacy skills and many other special activities and services to bring the community together.

The Community Hubs are a place to seek assistance from a number of support organizations, for flood, fire, mental health and general community support.

There are Recovery & Mental Health Clinicians who can provide mental health supports every week at each Community Hub.

We understand that significant events can be challenging and people may feel triggered or be struggling following recent disasters.

  • Wilberforce Community Hub Wilberforce School of Arts Wednesdays - 9.30am -1.00pm
  • Colo Heights Community Hub Colo Heights Hall
    Thursdays - 9.30am -1.00pm
  • St Albans Hub – St Albans School of Arts
    Fridays - 9.30am -1.00pm

The Community Hubs are closed School Holidays and Public Holidays.




The following Community Hubs will continue through a transition phase into June 2025 under alternative funding.


Free Face to Face Tech Help

The Digital Literacy Foundation will be offering FREE FORTNIGHTLY one on one digital mentoring at Hawkesbury Community Hubs. Book in your FREE appointment call 9090 4141 to book an appointment. The digital mentors can assist you with:

  • Setting up a new phone,
  • Learning to navigate how to use your tablet,
  • Become more confident using technology,
  • Troubleshooting issues with a laptop,
  • Teaching scam awareness,
  • How to protect your digital information.

Western Sydney Community Legal Centre (WSCLC) provides FREE representation to people who live in Western Sydney facing hardship barriers in dealing with legal or other issues. WSCLC can assist with

  • Aboriginal Legal Access Program (ALAP),
  • Community Legal Centre Program (CLCP)
  • Home Building Advocacy Service (HoBAS)
  • Western Sydney Tenants’ Service (WESTS)
  • Youth Education Program (YEP)
