If your bin has missed it's collection, please log the missed service via this online form www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/_resources/forms/bin-request
Our contractors will be on the roads over the coming days to collect your recycle and green waste bins. Please leave them out for now until they are collected.
Paul would like to send out a BIG THANK YOU to the Waste Collection Team who have worked through this flood event to deliver waste collections to our residents.
We would also like to thank our residents for your understanding and appreciation of the task at hand. We know that so many of you appreciated seeing your waste collected and have sent thanks to us online to show your appreciation.

Our Waste Collection Supervisor, Paul has asked that all our residents on the western side of the river, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BINS OUT! We will have trucks collecting today and over the weekend and we will continue to collect as required to make up for the missed services.

❗We understand that our residents have more waste to dispose of due to the missed services, but we ask that you please DO NOT overload your bins as this may lead to further missed services if your bin is TOO HEAVY to collect. Please bag any extra rubbish and we will return for additional collections as required

🙂 Let's keep Paul and his team smiling by keeping your bins out until they are collected!

♻️ Currently our contractors do not have recycle or green waste collection trucks on the western side of the river. We expect that once a bridge is open, these collections will commence. We will continue to update the community once further information comes to hand.

👍 We thank our residents for your patience and understanding at this time.

ℹ To report a missed waste collection, please report online here ➡www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/_resources/forms/bin-request or by calling our Customer Service Team on 4560 4444.

We are continuing to collect waste from the eastern side of the river from parts of McGraths Hill and Bligh Park, Oakville, Vineyard, Windsor and Windsor Downs. We are keeping as close to your scheduled pick up days as we can so please put your bins out as normal.

The western side of the river has been more of a challenge with no access. Until a few hours ago, we had nowhere to take the waste that we had collected in our trucks over the last few days from properties on the western side of the River.

We can now advise that we have just secured approval from the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) to set up a temporary site on the western side of the river for Council to take our waste trucks, so waste collections to this area will commence shortly.

We are currently getting the site set up and planning the route for the trucks. The current plan is to start the collections first thing tomorrow morning at the following locations:

    Missed parts of Kurmond
    Grose Vale
    Grose Wold
    North Richmond
    Hobartville
    Agnes Banks
    Yarramundi

We will update the community with additional collection locations once we have further information.

We understand that our residents have more waste to dispose of due to the missed services, but we ask that you please DO NOT overload your bins as this may lead to further missed services if your bin is TOO HEAVY to collect. Please bag any extra rubbish and we will return for additional collections as required. We will update the community with further information as it comes to hand.

Thank you for your patience, we appreciate your understanding at this time.
