Fatigue can be fatal - win a pass for you and two friends to a RYDA session
Fatigue can be Fatal. Being awake for 17 hours has a similar effect on performance as a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.05. Sleep is the only way to overcome tiredness.
The RYDA program is a series of practical and powerful workshops that aim to change the way young people think about road safety. As part of an interactive one-day experience, young drivers experience braking at different speeds, devise travel strategies and get tips from road safety experts.
Drivers aged 17-25 years of age need to answer the following three fatigue related questions to go in the draw to win tickets to a free RYDA session with two mates. There are three passes to win. Alternatively, you can fill out the questions on behalf of a young person that you know.
