Class descriptions:

Jewellery: In these free sessions you will be taught essential, basic jewellery techniques allowing you to create jewellery that expresses your own personal style.

Have fun exploring ways to use everyday materials such as lace, plastic, fabric and old jewellery to create professionally finished pieces.

All materials supplied but if you have one lone earring from a favourite pair, a beautiful piece of chain or a broken pendant that you just can't bear to throw away, bring it along and learn to remake it into something special. You will learn essential jewellery techniques with Gail Reynolds, local jewellery and textile artist.




Printing Images and Cards: Make a variety of cards and images using everyday textures and objects to print using Gel Plate printing methods. All materials will be supplied. Explore this easy craft with Liz Germani from Objectology

Rag Rug or Coasters: Use the very basic of materials to make a rug or coaster. All materials will be supplied.Reuse Tshirts or sheets to explore ragrug techniques and basic construction techniques. Learn this with Liz Germani artist from the Hawkesbury Remakery.






Alcohol Inks: Explore the fun of Alcohol Inks. Create images, cards and gift tags with his beautiful fluid art. Learn with Liz Germani from Objectology









Mosaic Bee Bath: Create a beautiful addition to your garden, learn the basics of mosaics and support the bees in your neighbourhood. Explore this fun technique with Joanna Pickford. All Materials provided








Mosaic Trivet: In this workshop you can create a trivet to put your hot pans or teapot on in the kitchen. Use the treasures we have collected for you by Joanna Pickford. Or do you Have a treasured ceramic item that is broken, cracked or no longer any use? How about creating a useful memory out of it. All Materials provided.






Macrame Plant Hangers: Come and join Fibre Artist Deb from Willow Road Co for a fun class and learn to make your very own Macrame Plant Hanger. In this workshop you will learn all the Knots to create a plant hanger in natural coloured recycled cotton cord. Some pre-loved bowls/pots will be available for you, or please feel free to bring along your special pot to use.
