In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Hawkesbury City Council advises that the Ordinary Council Meeting to be held on the 18 November 2025 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditors reports for the year ending 30 June 2025.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 2093 (NSW) any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council's audited Financial Statements or the Auditors report. Copies of the Audited Financial Statements and the Auditors reports can be viewed under the Documents Tab on this page or at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street Windsor.

Submissions will close on the 26 November 2025, one week after the above public meeting has been held. Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Your submission, including any personal information is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary, however, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
