In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Hawkesbury City Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, 17 November 2026 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor's Reports for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 2093 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council's Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor's Reports.

Copies of the Audited Financial Statements and the Auditor's Reports may be inspected at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm.

They may also be viewed under the documents tab.

You can Have Your Say by making a submission online or you can send your submission in writing via email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au or via mail addressed to the General Manager PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756.

Submissions close Tuesday, 24 November 2026.
